Erin W. Peirce

Erin Peirce began working with Leu & Peirce in February 2011. Erin’s experience as a litigation attorney brings additional capabilities to the firm.  She is a graduate of the South Texas College of Law, and she earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  Erin is an active participant in the legal community, maintaining memberships in the Dallas Bar Association, and Collin County Bar Association.  She is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Erin is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the State of Texas, Northern and Eastern Districts.  Erin focuses her practice on elder law issues, qualification for government benefits, guardianships, contested probate matters, probate, and estate planning.  She is a certified Mediator in the State of Texas, and a certified Paralegal.
