Michaele Hayden has a heart for senior citizens and their needs. She as part of the “sandwich generation” (trying to care for their families, careers, and aging parents/grandparents) knows firsthand how their clients feel in trying to be all and do all. She began working for Leu & Peirce in October 2014 before joining full time in May 2015.

Prior to her time with the firm, Michaele spent 20 years in corporate retail, buying and marketing.  As her children grew into their teenaged years, she found herself also caring for her ill mother. Michaele’s exposure to the other families at her mother’s residential care home is what expanded her passion for helping the elderly with their needs.
